If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

To qualify:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Applies to first-time orders only (1 unit per customer)

Shipping fees are non-refundable

To start a return, please email us at hello@tryhalolabs.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you simple instructions to complete the process.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

📦 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

⏳ Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
